I used laser cutting to explore self-identity and personal growth through visual storytelling. I designed a layered cherry blossom to symbolize renewal and transformation, reflecting my perspective on embracing change and new beginnings. After iterating on vector designs, I created 12 laser-cut layers, which were assembled over a deep blue background. The bold, saturated colors added depth and enhanced the dimensional effect of the final piece.
